At the beginning of May, AICDP launched its’ Norwegian ICRO Group when our existing practitioner members met together with prospective members in Oslo. Feedback from previous AICDP events had generated interest from a number of companies in Norway wanting to get together and join AICDP.

The group will be led by Bodil Sandvik who will orchestrate the development of the group and the planning of future meetings, events, and initiatives.

Bodil will be supported in this endeavour by senior members of our Executive Committee.

The purpose of the day was to give members and prospective members an overview of AICDP, its’ history, where we are today, and a sample of the comprehensive services that we and our partners can offer our members and the Profession. Thereafter, the practitioner members and prospective members were to be asked to endorse the formation of the group and commit to joining.

There was unanimous agreement on joining the group.  The group, therefore, consists of new and existing members all representing major multinationals.

This group, together with several others who have expressed an interest in joining but could not make it on the day, form a significant nucleus to develop from and represents a mirror image of our experience in successfully forming our Ireland, UK, and Netherlands Groups.

Plans are already in place for the next meeting in Oslo during September.
